And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.
Daniel. Daniel 2:44. Hi, it’s Nathan, and this is Day 28 of 30 Days Reflecting on the Kingdom. There will be a moment of transition in human civilization. A glorious moment where the corrupt, abusive, unjust systems of human power will be dismantled, and erased from earth. In their place will be established the kingdom of God—the one we’ve been dreaming of. And it will last forever. Because it will be guided by the sustainable principles of love—the very heart-beat of God in heaven. The kingdom principles that are coming define the lives of Jesus’ followers now, will finally be the only principles at work in the world. The hope of Earth 2.0 is real.
